Your benchmark data stays on your system. We never see it.

When you register for an account or purchase a license, we collect:

This information is necessary to provide the service, deliver your license, process payments, and communicate with you.
2.2 Payment Information
Payment transactions are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment details on our servers.

2.3 Technical Information
To enable benchmarking functionality, the Software collects technical information about your system, including:
- Device information: Hardware specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM)
- Operating system: OS type and version (Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Software version: The version of AiBenchLab you are running
This information is necessary for the Software to function properly and provide accurate benchmarking results.
2.4 Crash and Error Diagnostics
To fix bugs and improve stability, the Software may transmit limited diagnostic information when an error or crash occurs, including:
- Error type and stack trace (no personal data)
- Software version and operating system
- Hardware category (e.g., "NVIDIA GPU, 24GB VRAM") for reproducibility
This diagnostic information is strictly limited to what is necessary to diagnose and fix software defects. It never includes your prompts, model outputs, benchmark results, API keys, file contents, or any personally identifiable information beyond what is listed above.
Crash diagnostics can be disabled in Software settings.
2.5 Optional: Anonymous Aggregated Benchmark Data
With your explicit consent, we may collect anonymous, aggregated benchmark performance data for research and product improvement purposes. This data:
- Does not include any personal information, prompts, or model outputs.
- Is aggregated and anonymized so it cannot be traced back to you.
- Is used solely to improve benchmarking methodologies and the Software.
This data collection is entirely optional and can be disabled at any time in the Software settings.
2.6 Marketing Communications
If you opt in to marketing communications, we will collect your email address to send you:

4. Local-First Data Practices
AiBenchLab is designed with privacy at its core. Here's what happens to your data:
4.1 Benchmark Results Stay Local
All benchmark results, test data, prompts, and AI model outputs remain on your local system. AiBenchLab does not transmit this data to our servers.
4.2 You Control Data Export
If you choose to export benchmark results (e.g., as a CSV or PDF file), you control where that data goes. AiBenchLab does not automatically upload or share exported data.
4.3 No Cloud Storage of Benchmark Data
We do not store your benchmark data in the cloud. Your data never leaves your machine unless you explicitly export and share it.
4.4 API Keys and Credentials
You provide your own API keys for third-party AI services. AiBenchLab does not collect, store, or transmit your API keys to our servers. Your API keys are stored locally on your device.
5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data under the following legal bases:
