Full refund available within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. No justification required.

After 30 days, refund requests are reviewed case by case at our discretion. Contact with your order number to request a refund.

1. How It Works

If you are not satisfied with AiBenchLab for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

1.1 Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email with your order number or the email address used for purchase.
  2. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
  3. The refund will be issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.

2. What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is processed:

  • Your license key will be deactivated.
  • The software will revert to Trial/Free functionality.
  • You retain access to any benchmark data you generated during the licensed period — it's your data, on your machine.

3. After 30 Days

Refund requests made after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable — if you have a genuine issue, reach out and we'll work with you.

Exceptional circumstances that may qualify include:

  • Technical issues with the Software that cannot be resolved
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • License delivery failures

4. Founding 100

The Founding 100 is a one-time lifetime purchase. The 30-day refund policy applies to Founding 100 purchases as well.

5. Free / Trial Tier

The free trial has no purchase and therefore no refund applies. We provide a free version specifically so you can evaluate the software before committing to a paid license.
